Via 313 started with a simple obsession: recreate the thick, airy, crispy-edged squares that defined Detroit's pizza culture. Brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt grew up eating this style of pizza and knew — they just knew — the rest of the country deserved to experience it too.
What began as a humble trailer operation at Austin food truck parks quickly grew into a beloved restaurant brand with a cult following. Every pizza is hand-stretched into seasoned steel pans, piled high with toppings, crowned with Wisconsin brick cheese all the way to the edge, and finished with a signature sauce drizzle on top.
