Pizza Cook (Line Cook)
As a Pizza Cook at Via 313, you'll be the heart of our kitchen — crafting our signature Detroit-style pizzas with precision, passion, and consistency. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where quality is non-negotiable.
- Prepare and bake Detroit-style pizzas to recipe standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Front of House Team Member
Be the face of Via 313! You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Excellent communication skills and a love for people are a must.
- Take orders and serve guests with a positive attitude
- Handle POS system and process payments accurately
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekends preferred
Shift Supervisor
Lead our team through busy shifts while ensuring quality, speed, and hospitality remain top-notch. You'll be the go-to person for both staff and guests, resolving issues and keeping operations smooth.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service
- Ability to manage a team under high-volume conditions
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
Delivery Driver
Deliver our famous Detroit-style pizzas hot and on time to our guests in the Webster area. You'll represent Via 313 on every run, so reliability, a friendly demeanor, and safe driving are essential.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and auto insurance
- Familiarity with Webster, TX area preferred
- Excellent time management and customer service
Kitchen Prep & Dishwasher
The backbone of every great kitchen. You'll prepare ingredients, keep supplies stocked, and ensure all equipment and dishes are clean and ready to go. No experience required — we'll train you!
- Prep ingredients (chopping, portioning, labeling)
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- No prior experience necessary — great attitude required!
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help us tell the Via 313 story across social media, email, and local channels. You'll create content, manage campaigns, engage with followers, and grow our brand presence in the Greater Houston area.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic photography and graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)
- Strong writing and communication abilities
- Passion for food and community storytelling
